CNC CUTTING AND PROFILING CENTRE WITH ROTATING HEAD OF 362° AND FIXED WORKBENCH FOR DISCS 1200 MM MAX DIAM

The NOAT RAPIDA 1200 bridge cutting machine has been conceived for all those customers that wanted a SFERA 1100 only for using the discs without the need of using diamond tools. Therefore, we can say that RAPIDA 1200 is mechanically identical to SFERA 1100 and that is installed or on concreet walls or on galvanized steel basements (optional) and that it is electrically identical to QUBO both concerning the electric components, and concerning the used software.

Indeed, our aim was to offer to the customer a sturdy machine like SFERA 1100 but easy to use like QUBO and especially to reduce considerably the costs being used only for operations with discs, and with the possibility to choose between the two versions of 4 or 5 axes.

In the version of 4 axes, with rotating and not reclinable head, there is the possibility to install the spindle motor of superior power, up to 45 kW, with belt transmission.

The machine is equipped with command console integrated with PC and 15’’ touchscreen with CAD-CAM software pack, moreover a wide range of OPTIONAL such as the pneumatic or hydraulic tilting workbench, the galvanized steel basements, the digital camera system to scan the slab surface and many other accessories.

Equipped with very fast ‘brushless’ motors, RAPIDA 1200 arouses enthusiasm for its extreme ease of use either in the manual and automatic mode or in the numerical control CNC functionality thanks to a control panel with TOUCH SCREEN of large size very easy and immediate to use.

The machine is ideal for cutting also irregular pieces for the very fast rotation of the head of 360° and it is very useful in order to realize lot of profiling operations using the 5 interpolated axes and the CAD-CAM software.

The machine size can be customized according to the customer’s needs.

The single load bearing beam is made of very thick steel on which there are two sturdy hardened steel sliding tracks, so that the machine can work precisely for a much longer time.

The sliding guides of the beam are covered with hardened steel belts.

The varnishing is made in a particular way: Before the workings, sandblasting with an immediate zinc based treatment. After the workings, washing and double varnishing.

Control panel with easy-to-learn symbols positioned ergonomically in front of the slide.

The beam and the saw-blade holder slides on recirculating ball shoes, providing a great stability and precision to the tool.

The up and down movement of the disc is possible through four recirculating ball shoes that slide on hardened steel sliding tracks and through a recirculating ball screw. That allows to obtain a high precision in the disc positioning and to absorb the vibrations.

The system is completely covered by bellows and carters in order to avoid that dust and water splashing compromise the duration in time of the machine.

The movement precision of the axes, achieved by BRUSHLESS motors, is guaranteed through the couplings of controlled backlash ground inclined teeth gears and racks.

Sturdy cable chains protect the cable movement.

The workbench is fixed or it can also be tilting.
