The new QUBO NOAT CNC MONOBLOCK cutting machine is ideal for all those customers that desire a performing machine in cutting the slabs and even irregular pieces and in profiling every type with the disc. Moreover, it is the best solution for those who have problems with space or do not have the possibility to realize concrete walls for installing a new machine.
In fact, the Qubo is completely assembled by the company before being shipped to the final customer and, being already equipped with the steel basements in the galvanized monobloc structure, our technician takes less than a day to install it in the marble worker’s laboratory.
In the QUBO-W version the machine leans on the cement walls and comes provided without the workbench (OPTIONAL).
The machine can be provided with tilting workbench for the slab loading (both pneumatic and hydraulic), with hanging control panel (SFERA type) that integrates a very big touch screen display (15″) for a more comfortable programming, with digital camera device in order to get digital images of the slab and to draw the pieces watching at the material veins, with electronic probe for the automatic measuring of the slab thickness to be cut (in order to operate later very precise cuts, for example with 45° inclined disc) and with pre-setting probe for the automatic measurement of the disc diameter (look at the ACCESSORY section)
From the technological point of view the Qubo, even if its sale price is really convenient, has the same extremely high quality components of SFERA’s ones such as the linear guides and very fast BRUSHLESS motors for the axes’ movement and all the 5 interpolated axes and controlled by CNC.
From the operational point of view, it is an extremely easy machine to use in MANUAL mode directly from the touch screen panel and using the manipulators, while it also allows the running of a simplified CAD-CAM software in order to program even difficult cuts and profilings to be made by the machine without the operator’s intervention.
The machine is also equipped, in the main points, with an automatic polishing grease system and conditioner in order to keep constant the temperature inside the electric board cabinet (it guarantees a further duration of the electronic components)
In its standard version, the machine is already equipped with advanced devices such as the precise and very fast BRUSHLESS motors of the same brand of SFERA’s ones, linear guides in the X and Y axes of very high quality and precision, recirculating ball screw in the vertical Z axis and joystick really easy to control in order to remove manually the machine axes
