The CNC Noat Matrix cutting machine has 5 interpolated axis and can mount either discs or tools thereby performing both as CNC cutting machine and as contouring machine. This numerical control cutting machine, which after many years of success proposes itself as a replacement model and technologically more advanced of the famous APOLLO CNC cutting machine, might be equipped with just one head (disc motor that allows also to mount tools after removing the disc cover) or with two heads placing close the electrospindle to the disc motor. The machine, thanks to its extremely sturdy bearing structure and to its ability to mount a disc up to 1100 rpm it is able to satisfy the production needs of the tombstone, craft and industrial laboratories. The new versions, equipped with exceptional vertical movement up to 700 or even 1000 mm, allow to the customer to work pieces of great thickness both using the disc and the tools.
The machine in its most complete version is controlled by a CNC that is able to manage up to 6 axis, it has the automatic rotating table, the inverter for varying the motor revolutions, the disc motor from 22 or 31 kW with speed up to 6000 rpm in other to use also the tools, the tilting motorized head from 0 to 135° in order to realize some undercut workings and can mount an electrospindle that, reaching up to 10000 rpm, allows to realize writings and bass relieves. Moreover, the machine has a wide range of OPTIONAL such as three different types of the numerical control lathe (according to the size and weight of the processed pieces) for processing columns and statues, the laser copier for scanning the three-dimensional models, the digital camera system to get the slab surface, the pneumatic or hydraulic tilting workbench, the galvanized steel foundations and more useful tools.
The machine size can be customized according to the customer’s needs.

The single load bearing beam is made of very thick steel on which there are two sturdy hardened steel sliding tracks, so that the machine can work precisely for a much longer time.

MATRIX CNC with double head: in the disc motor, tilting from 0 to 135°, it is possible to mount both discs (1100 mm max diam) and tools (6000 rpm max speed) obviously after having removed the disc cover. Next to the disc motor there is also the second head made up of an electrospindle that can reach up to 10000 rpm for using smaller tools that require more speed and for sequence automatic operations that require first the use of the disc and then the use of the toll without the need of the operator’s intervention.

The sliding guides of the beam are covered with hardened steel strips.

The varnishing is made in a particular way: Before the workings, sandblasting with an immediate zinc based treatment. After the workings, washing and double varnishing.

Control panel with symbols easy to learn placed ergonomically in front of the slide.

Electrospindle from 22 kW at variable speed from 0 to 6000 rpm that mounts disc and/or diamond tools with automatic release of the tool.

The saw-blade holder slides on recirculating ball shoes, providing a great stability and precision to the tool.

The up and down movement of the disc is possible through four recirculating ball shoes that slide on hardened steel sliding tracks and through a recirculating ball screw. That allows to obtain a high precision in the disc positioning and to absorb the vibrations.

The system is completely covered by bellows and cartes in order to avoid that dust and water splashing compromise the duration in time of the machine.

The movement precision of the axes, achieved by BRUSHLESS motors, is guaranteed through the couplings of controlled backlash ground inclined teeth gears and racks.

Sturdy cable chains protect the cable movement.

Automatic workbench that is programmable in the positions from o to ± 360° or in continuous rotation, and that it can also be tilting.

The pneumatic brakes allows the parking in a safe way.
