The machine structure is very sturdy made of electro-welded and standardized steel.
The varnishing is made in a particular way: Before the workings, sandblasting with an immediate zinc based treatment. After the workings, washing and double varnishing.
Great versatility in the execution of differentiated works by means of orientable spindle from 0 to 90°
The machine is installed or on concrete walls or on galvanized steel basements (OPTIONAL)
The column and the crossbeam guides are on the recirculating ball shoes that slide on hardened steel sliding tracks.
The workbench rails are on oil bath and protected against the dust and the water splashes.
